Rye bread contains micronutrients necessary for health – magnesium, potassium, iron, B, PP vitamins and E vitamin for youth and beauty. However, products completely made of rye flour are heavy food when daily eaten. Rye-wheat bread perfectly combines the mixture of rye-wheat flour and, by the way, delicate crumb with a crispy crust won’t let you stay indifferent.

Ingredients:  White flour, rye flour, water, rye granary flour, yeast, salt, dried leaven «Agram tiomniy».

Defrosting at room temperature:  60-90 min.
Baking temperature:  170 °С
Baking time:  25 min.
